LM3644: VCSEL driver with PhotoDiode(PD) detection function

I'm looking for a VCSEL driver with photodiode(PD) detection function.

Since VCSEL is a high-power density light source, PD is needed to detect whether the VCSEL package is damaged, causing laser light to overflow and harm human eyes.

The LM3644 is a good VCSEL driver for our device but does not PD function. The picture below shows a VCSEL driver with PD detection function.

Can you recommend any similar devices?
