    The UCC28220 is from 2003 and is now more than 20 years old. The CDM classification methods used today are defined against JEDEC standards that did not exist when UCC28220 CDM ESD qualification was achieved and this is true of many TI legacy ICs. What TI can offer is the reference from section 7.2 of the UCC28220 data sheet and the JEDEC standards called out that were used in the qualification:
