TPSM5D1806: Replace suggestion for MAX20860AAFX+T...

Is 60A a requirement? because we have 50A converter single phase.

can you please check what are the spec requirement instead, because we do not have direct replacement of this MAX device. we can see if there is devices that can meet their requirement, VIN, VOUT, IOUT, Fsw, Efficiency, converter vs module vs controller, single vs dual ...etc.

Hi Sir,

The Vin=5V(input range needs up to 12V)and output is 0.8V/60A. Since the MAX20860A is dual output, the 60A is for combined 2 output. 

The Freq is 800Khz and the customer's major concern is size, they need it as small as better.

I suggested TPS53622 + 2x CSD95520 ago, they are too big for the design area.

Please help to provide your suggestion.

BTW, is TPS546E25 the one that supports 50A output? What is the MP schedule?
