Hi Team,

1) I am designing two different MOSFET with TPSI3050 Driver.

We are designing the TPSI3050 in two-wire mode and using a MOSFET. I have calculated the CDIV1 and CDIV2 values, and based on power transfer considerations, I have selected the PXFR resistor. Could you please check and confirm if these values are correct? If there are any calculation mistakes, please let me know.

Both schematics are correct and will work. Keep in mind that in this configuration using 2 wire mode, the maximum switching frequency is less than 300Hz.

We are not using PWM mode in our application. The EN pin is continuously connected to 12V. The bidirectional FET is also permanently turned on. Is my thinking correct?

Your thinking is correct. If EN is permanently to +12V, the bidirectional FETs will also be permanently turned on.

In our application, it is continuously ON. In this scenario, we need to consider the frequency, in two-wire mode?

Hello prema perumal,

Regarding your application, you do not need to consider frequency, as it is continuously ON.

Other applications, such a PWM control, are frequency sensitive.
