TPS2121: Seamless Switchover and power ON issues

Hi Team,

We are using TSP2121 for one of our projects and we are facing two issues, 

  1. External power (IN1) to internal battery (IN2) power switching is not working well. The board will shut down during the power change. Our test conditions are IN1 = 5V0 and IN2 = 3V5. NOTE our IN2 is battery powered and it can be changed from 3V0 to 7V2. IN2 to IN1 switching is seamless.
  2. If the IN2 is between 5V38 to 5V74 with IN1 5V the system will not boot up even though there is 5V output from the power mux.

Our system power dissipation is less than 3W.
