I want to know about that TUSB542 can handle a power delivery hand shaking?

HD3SS3220 ?

And i'm thinking to use this USB Type C MUX chip with CYUSB3014-BZXC.

TUSB542 is a USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-C 2:1 MUX and redriver, it can not support power delivery hand shaking.

Can you please provide more specific information on the power delivery hand shaking? Do you also need to support power role swap in your design?
