Hi,

According to the datasheet, the temperature range for Tj is 65-150C.
The temperature range of the device is -40 to 85C, so I think it's a typo.

Please let me know the correct value.

-40 to 85C is air temperature. it's different with Tj.

Hi Hiroshi-san,

It is a typo. Maximum temperature for Tj and Tstg would be swapped. The minimum junction temperature is near to the minimum ambient temperature. Please refer to the app note for the junction temperature. (Semiconductor and IC Package Thermal Metrics - SPRA953C)
