What is the behavior if I set the delay time is 0s?

For example, if I set DFET OFF Threshold is -200mA and DFET:OFF delay is 0s.

If there is an 1ms noise make BQ40Z80 current reading over -200mA when DFET off, would the DFET PF be triggered?

More question:

I believe there is an ADC module for current sensing in BQ40Z80.

What is the ADC sample rate?

If the PF delay time is set to 0s, how much sample data would be used for the 0s delay time PF trigger?

Hello Xavier,

The ADC samples every 250ms and it average 4 samples and reports back to gauge every second. For this protection, if the gauge senses a -200mA current when one of the ADC samples occur than this PF will be triggered when it is set to 0s. We usually do not recommend having this set to 0 seconds.
