Hi Team,

Could you please recommend suitable power switch for controlling VDD of SD card. Mainly to control the inrush current as described here (https://resources.altium.com/p/how-to-design-microsd-power-circuits-without-destabilizing-on-board-voltage-supply)

Hi James,

Based on my understanding of the linked article, you need a slew-rate controlled load switch. There are several options available here:

You can start by looking at TPS22995, but there may be a better option based on your system requirements. I'm also looping in our Power Switches team, who own these devices and may have a better answer for you.
