LM76005: Will the chip be damaged if there is impact energy in the output?

Part Number: LM76005

Tool/software:

Hello, I am using LM76005 to design an application with 12V output (input 25~42V, output current 2A, board schematic has been referenced to LM76005 QEVM).
At present, a 12V output load will have a reverse energy (as shown in the figure, with a maximum voltage of 20V and a maximum current of 10A), which is a system problem and cannot be eliminated. Could you please help confirm if the reverse energy will cause damage or other risks to the chip? thank you.

Oscilloscope: Yellow outputs 12V, green outputs 12V current
