Tool/software:

when changing voltages  with the TPS55289 (i.e. going from 5 to 6 volts) I see the output of the device drop below 3.0v  before coming back on.  I also notice this action  sending the same voltage (i.e. sending change from 4v to 4v) the output drops below 3volts before returning to the 4V. 

Is this normal for the part?
