TPS54308: UVLO Circuit Based on the EN pin of TPS54308

Hello! 

I am trying to control some FETs based on TPS54308's adjustable UVLO feature. I want the the output of the converter to turn on a switch which allows the battery voltage to reach the device. The circuit is shown below: 

I have the UVLO adjusted so the converter shuts down below 11.5V and start above 12V. So I expect the NMOS to turn on which turns on the PMOS when the converter is operational, providing 12V to R_LOAD and 5V_OUT becomes available for an LDO. But when the input voltage drops below 11.5V, no device receive power (12V and 5V not available to the load + LDO). 

Are there any problems/foreseeable issues with this circuit?
