TLV809E: What is the input resistance on VDD pin

There is no mention in the datasheet of internal resistor divider values.

Can we have this information made available, please?

I am interested by the 4.63V part (TLV809EC46DBZR).

Thanks for your question.

I measured the total resistance seen at the VDD pin for you for the variant that has 4.6V threshold . It's 9.153 MΩ.

Hello Sila,

It does help to know that the TLV809E VDD pin has a high 9.153 MΩ input resistance.

It means that an external resistor divider can be in the range of 10KΩ to 100KΩ.
