Tool/software:
Dear experts,
I have a BQ34Z100-R2 based board for measuring SOC of our batteries. I have managed solving many hurdles on the way and managed to get really good accuracy of SOC readout. However, when I flash the chip with the golden file I created (generated after successful training with Learned Status going to 06), the chip is not correctly regognized by the startup of the Battery Management Studio.
We flash the chip as follows:
1. Connect new board to EV2400 via I2C
2. Connect EV2400 to PC via USB
3. Start Battery Management Studio -> Auto Detect Device: 0100_1_02-bq34z100... (correctly recognized, the dashboard opens automatically)
4. Program the .srec file (Programming - Select correct file - Program - Wait - Execute FW; file attached)
5. Restart Battery Management Studio -> Auto Detect Device: Incorrect detection (0200_)
6. Select the device type manualy -> Dahboard opens with correct data
I am just wondering, if the flashing got corrupted somewhere or the .srec file itself is corrupted. In the end, it doesn't seem to have an impact on accuracy or general performance of the chip. It is just confusing and annoying for the production team.
Thanks for the assistance
