TL1963A: Suitable LDO for PLL IC and PLL Oscillator

Hi Team,

1) we are planning to use P/N: TL1963A in our new design for input of PLL IC P/N: LMX2582RHAT. we would like to know whether this part is suitable for PLL input.

2) I need to use Oscillator (P/N: LMK6CE10000DDLFT) for PLL (P/N: LMX2582RHAT), Is there any concern if we use LDO (P/N :TPS7A4901D) of 1.8V

Hello Haritha,

Could you please provide more details? What is critical for PLL input and is there anything specific you need for Oscillator? Both these LDOs should have no issues but it would be good to know if your circuitry needs something special.

we need Accuracy for P/N: TL1963A and if PSRR is enough for PLL IC P/N: LMX2582RHAT.

Since these are high frequency(900MHz) we want to ensure that these LDO are suitable.

Haritha,

The accuracy for TL1963A is 3% and PSRR would be ~20dB at 900MHz.

Not sure if this would be good enough for the above PLL.
