TLVM23625: 1V output stabilizes to 2V

So, I am trying to use the TLVM23625 part to generate a 1V power rail. I have already found that the datasheet to this part is wrong for the recommended feedback configuration to generate 1V and have already put Rfbt = 0 Ohm and RFBB = Open. I have attached a wire to confirm that I am receiving a power good signal from the part. The only differences I can find in my physical layout are that the two SW pins are tied together on the board.

I have attached my schematic for the setup of my TLVM23625.

Hi Alexander,

Can you do a continuity test to ensure that the VOUT and FB pins are shorted. Additionally, can you attach a waveform to show the feedback signal, VOUT, and VIN so that we may better assist you.

Hey,

On the continuity I measure 2.1 ohms, for the waveform, I have not included the PG signal.

Yellow Trace = Voltage input

Blue Trace = Voltage output

Hi Alexander,

Can you please send over your layout to review? Additionally, can you look at the resistance between FB and gnd to ensure that this is open?

Also I am seeing a strange dip in the input voltage as output is turning on, can you please confirm how the system is being connected to the module and how you are taking this waveform (o-scope measurement method).
