TPSM8D6B24: Is there any way to check why TPSM8D6B24 outputs VOUT_A and VOUT_B with 0V?

Hi Expert,

  Is there any way to check why TPSM8D6B24 outputs VOUT_A and VOUT_B with 0V?

Here lists what I have checked.

1.Based on the Figure 7-6 in datasheet,

  We measured with CNTRL=3.3V, VDD5_OK=4V, PVIN_OK=12V

 

2. ON_OFF_CONFIG should be default with 0x17.

  And VOUT should output default 3.3V affter CNTRL rised. But it actually output 0V.

.

3. I write I2C dev addr(0x19) and do not have ACK.

Also use Fusion GUI and TPSM8D6B24 PMBus to scan all possible dev addr. There is no ACK in all I2C dev addr command.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
