TPS5430: Buck regulator suggestions

Hello,

We are planning to use 24V to 5V, 1.5A(min), buck regulator in one of our designs.

I have one general query as below:

As this is new design, which TI buck regulator part is suitable to use which has good market availability and minimum 10 years of EOL?

P.S. Above part# in tile is randomly selected, and it has very high current rating(3A) than we actually require.

    Hi Nikhil,

    I can recommend the LMR43620 for a 24 to 5 V 1.5 A application. It is available in both auto and industrial trims and provides a good mix of ease of use, solution size, efficiency, and EMI performance among other features.
