UCC28070: Unable to simulate in WEBBENCH

Hi TI,

I am not able to simulate the "UCC28070" design in "webbench power design".

How do i customize my with different value of inductor and simulate the same.

Does UCC28070 webbench support simulation. I am not able to simulate it.

And how to open the "sluc667" is their any software to open the file?

Hello Lakshmisha,

Unfortunately, the Webench program is not able to simulate the UCC28070. The UCC28070 device is more complicated than the Webench program can support.

The "sluc667" calculator tool is a Mathcad file (rev 15, I think) and can be opened with Mathcad.

If you don't have a Mathcad license. there is an alternative Excel-based calculator tool available: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SLUC114
You may enter inductance values different than what is recommended and see the effects on ripple current.
