Could you show me the difference between TPS6287x-Q1 and TPS6288x-Q1 from hardware/software/function safety/price aspects? The use case is about 22A. We would like to evaluate the cost-effectiveness for them which will be better to used horizon J6M power supplier.
BTW, could you help to provide the TPS6288x-Q1 datasheet/design guide/simulation tool and so on?
