Tool/software:
We are using Bq76952 ic to control 8 CMOS & 8 DMOS, but we are not able to turn off the MOSFET during short circuit testing, we have tested with 7Cmos & 7Dmos and it's working fine but not able to turnoff properly with 8DMos & 8CMos, can you please suggest any solution how we can drive 8dmos from that IC, I have attached the image of the vgs (blue) and current during short circuit (red) with MCB per 100mV there is 300A flowing through the sense resistor.
And also we are using pmos with Rdson 5ohm to discharge the gate of all the Mosfets.
