1. Hope TPS4800-Q1 and TPS4810-Q1 supports only 2A gate current. We need 10A current support. Is there is any suggestion other than LM5060-Q1

2. We are planning to use the below reference design by changing the appropriate MOSFET.

Can we use the same or e-fuse before this circuit required?

1. Does TPS25983 is an automotive efuse? If not, could you please suggest automotive efuse with 10-28V/15A fuse?

2. What will be the LM5066 OCP duration? Will it be accurate?

3. As per the application note SLVA927A–November 2017–Revised April 2019, high side switches will be effective only on load side. We are looking for input protection. So, we need hotswap controller or efuse. Could you please suggest appropriate efuse or hotswap controller with below feature?

Revere current protection, OVP, UVP, Current sense, Adjustable current limit, short circuit protection.

Hi Devipriya,

In eFuse, auto qualified we only have TPS25940-Q1, TPS25200-Q1. 

Hotswap have timer pin which you can set to allow current transient. After timer only device will shut off.

You can also check ideal diode LM74900-Q1, LM74930-Q1. Otherwise LM5060-Q1.

Hi Kunal,

We are planning to use LM74930-Q1. But VA and input sources are connected in parallel in the application circuit.

We understood for initial low voltage it can help. But post that the input 10A current at input and at VA will add together. Does supply pin can tolerate high current?
