Hello Kazuki San,

Yes, TPS745-Q1 has an internal pulldown resistor. Its value is 95Ω as shown in Section 6.5 of the datasheet and trend with respect to temperature is shown in fig 6-19.

Hello Ishaan-san,

I think 95 ohm is for output discharge resistor at output pin.
My question is for EN pin as described at subject.
Is there any pull down resister inside of EN pin?

No, the device does not have pull down resister inside of EN pin.
