BQ76952: bqStudio connection error

Hi ,

I use the EV2400 to connect bq76952.

bqStudio has automatically recognized the device, and the scan register has a return value, but displays an error message "CRC error detected in block read from device using I2CCRC communications protocol."

And no value can be read on the Data Memory page, error message shows "Operation failed because initial read of all data flash failed. "

I have downloaded the latest version of Bqstudio,but it's still the same error message.

Hello Yuhang,

Can you turn off the Auto Refresh in the left most column labeled ‘DashBoard’ and see if any changes occur?

Hi Alexis,

I have tried it and it still shows these error messages.

The I2C device address is correct,and I have also tried to change EV2400 I2C clock speed but still couldn't solve it

Hello Yuhang,

I noticed that your EVM2400 Firmware is not updated to the latest version. Can you try updating it and seeing if that helps resolve the issue? You can find the latest version here: EV2400 Firmware Files.
