HI, shubha,

Microsoft analysis shows that the port is occupied and has not been released.
Please ask the manufacturer to confirm once, or directly ask the manufacturer to come to the venue for confirmation.
Microsoft also explained that 23H2 can be passed because there were regulations at the beginning, but they were not specifically enforced. Now 24H2 is enforced, so it may cause Fail.
Please also ask the manufacturer to confirm whether there are specifications that are not met.

Please provide a version of FW that can pass HLK. Only our 24H2 HLK can pass.
