What is the different between BQ2947 and BQ2945xy?

For 2 cells pack, BQ2947 and BQ2945xy, which do you recommend and why? The OVP is expected > 4.45.

    Hello Kailun,

    The biggest difference is the number of cells of each. BQ2947 is 2s to 4s, BQ2945 is 2s to 3s.

    Both versions have OVP available for >4.45.

    The BQ2947 has higher tolerance for differential voltages between the VCx pins.
