Tool/software:
I'm working on a design that uses a TL7660 to invert a 3.3v supply but the output is the horrible mess you see in the image attached. It has the same shape as the osc output but appears to be at a much lower frequency. Any idea why this would happen? The 3.3v supplying it has no noise and the circuit is implemented as per the datasheet with two 10uf caps as well as a 0.1uf decoupling capacitor on vcc.
