We are a company working on meter flow, and currently we are investigating the fuel gauging IC BQ35100.
I installed the BQtudio and we have the evaluation kit of the IC and the EV2400 to validate it, but we faced the following issues:
- when I send the commands NEW_BATTERY it respond with WriteMACReadBlock communication error :First two bytes of MAC response read from device does not match MAC command sent, although I follow the procedures stated in the EOS application note.
- the batteries which we will use in our products are not stated in the chemistry ID list (We are using TeKCell CR17450 and TeKCell SB-C02)
