Hello,

I need to simulate invertors in Ltspice with SiC MOSFET and UCC21732DWR gate driver.

So, I need to have the OLB file of the UCC21732DWR gate driver, where can I get this OLB file ?

I see the design and simulation file from UCC21732, their is no OLB file.

Hi Biruk,

We do have the encrypted .OLB file in the UCC21732-Q1 folder here - https://www.ti.com/product/UCC21732-Q1#design-tools-simulation

You can use PSpice for TI to simulate this model. Like mentioned in the other post, we do not support the use of LTSpice. If you encounter any problem when using PSpice, feel free to reach out to us or the PSpice for TI team.
