My customer has questions about TPS1HB50A-Q1current limit.
The datasheet specifies only typical KCL value = 50. How much the max/min KCL?

There is a calculator that calculates ICL given RILIM:

K_CL(MAX/MIN) is calculated by using the equation below.

This equation is derived from the datasheet as well as values associated with each variable.

As seen above the R_ILIM range for both device versions is (5kΩ-25kΩ) using that with the equation the max and min K_CL can be calculated.

Version A

Min:

R_ILIM= 5kΩ, I_CL = 8.32A

Max:

R_ILIM= 25kΩ, I_CL = 3.2A

The same process is followed for Version B.

Version B

Min:

R_ILIM= 5kΩ, I_CL = 14.97A

Max:

R_ILIM= 25kΩ, I_CL = 4.5A
