Hi Team,

We plan to use the MOSFET with LM7480-Q1 in below condition. Vin:6~18V, Imax=30A

Not sure how to check if the SOA is ok or not by using below calculator. May you help input the MOSFET data into it and let us refer it? Many thanks.

By the way, do we have LM7480-Q1 excel calculator? I see we have it for LM7490-Q1.

    Hi Roy,

    I have filled the details according to the FET you shared.

    We do not have a design calculator for LM74800-Q1 as only thing to be taken care of is the HGATE side and we have inrush SOA calculator for it.
