Hi all,
When the supercapacitor is used with 2cells (1 cell 2.7 V rating) and it is 5V,
Does it mean that the balance resistor shown in the figure below is necessary?
Is it correct to assume that the resistor is not necessary? if 1 cell 5.4V rating is used.
