The CSD19533Q5A has a 4-pin drain as shown in the image on the left below. However, what problems can occur if the PCB pad is designed with only 2 pins as shown in the Gerber image on the right below?

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The recommended PCB footprint in the FET datasheet was evaluated and used in qualification of the CSD19533Q5A. I have forwarded this onto our SMT expert for his input. I will update you as soon as I have more information.

Customer did not provide detail size for review.
If the solder did not move post reflow process.
I think this is workable.
