I can't find anything in the spec about thermal power consumption, please tell me the exact value, thanks.

    Hi Hung,

    All of our parts have the table below:

    Rtheta x Ploss give a rough estimate of temp rise for the specific board conditions for that Rtheta. The Psi values give more precise values is you have thermal software available. We have provided efficiency curves for many conditions that can be used to estimate Ploss.  This device is most efficient with fsw=750kHz and L=2.2uH.
