We've struggled with getting reasonable accuracy when trying to use this battery fuel gauge. Does TI have someone or would TI recommend someone who can review the application and make the necessary software edits and or recommend hardware changes necessary to get the fuel gauge to work?

Hi Greg,

Sorry about that, what my colleague was trying to say is, you can reach out to your local TI office and see if they will assign you an FAE to help with all TI products.

Or I can assist you with you gauge specific issues.
