Please send me the solution to solve the next problem. I do not know how to upgrade my bq20z45 controller. This is needed because I cannot make a data flash. If I read in the document SLUA336B document is explaining how to upload a new firmware. However where can I find this <file>.senc?? In the User's Guide of the bq20z45 (Document SLUU329C) at page 12 is written the next line:
If the data flash screen is blank, then the bq20z45 that is being used may not be supported by the bqEVSW version that is being used. An upgrade may be required.
How must I upgrade this unit? Please tell me where to find this update senc file??
