I am not sure that I fully understand your request here. Can you please describe the issue you are facing? Have you tried to use the EV2400 with another computer?

Hello Robert,

Yes, we have purchased 3 EV2400 units. latest one we purchased just last week also found to be faulty. its not working. iNitially worked but after couple of days; its 3 led not glowing and also dont connect to bqstudio as well. this is second time happened to us.

Kindly let me know if i can send unit back to your bangalore office,
