Which register should I write to in order to clear the OV (Over Voltage) status, and are there any other methods to clear the OV status besides writing with an MCU?

Hello Tom,

The COV will automatically clear once the maximum cell voltage is below the COV threshold that is determined by the COV_HYS hysteresis level. Section 5.2.4 Cell Overvoltage Protection in the BQ76952 Technical Reference Manual can provide more information on that protection.
