TPSM82902: Vout 1V and 3.3V not working while 0.9V, 1.8V and 2.5V are.

Hello,

I am using 5 TPSM82902SISR in my design, 3 of them are working:

Vin = 12V, Vout = 1.8V

Vin = 12V, Vout = 0.9V

Vin = 12V, Vout = 2.5V

2 are not working:

Vin = 12V, Vout = 1.0V

Vin = 12V, Vout = 3.3V

I don't see a short circuit at the output, what could possibly be the problem? maybe soldering?

FYI Enable is high, Vss/tr = 0V for those that are not working.

Hi,

I see the schematic is good. For 2 not working, Whether does D15 light in this situation?

If so, i would say it is maybe the soldering problem.

Hi Colin,

Thank you for your reply.

D15 is used as an indicator if the regulator is working, and the net PG_1V0D is connected to an I2C port expander as a status signal, I attached the part of the schematics also.

So I will proceed with desoldering and resoldering and will get back to you.
