BQ40Z50-R1: How to reset BQ40Z50 to default factory ?

Is the gauge in a sealed state when attempting to update it? If possible, can you please tell us the process you are using to update the gauge?

 I was developing a C program to update the firmware. The C program reads a .fs file and sends the commands to BQ40Z50 by SMB.
while I was testing it, the program crashed when updating. after that, I can't more update the firmware or unseal the device using the battery management studio.

The device will only be able to enter ROM mode if it has been unsealed. Please ensure the correct steps have been taken when attempting to unseal the device:

I can`t unsealed the device. I think the unseal key changed when the program crashed. It`s the reason because i can`t enter in rom mode

Have the default unseal keys listed in the image above been tested or were these the already set unseal keys?

The unseal keys were already set.

I have read the datasheet and programmed the gauge 50x times before this happened. The basic troubleshooting steps were performed before contacting  forum TI. I need a more advanced method to recover the battery gauge.
