Hi Kaveh,

I've attached the unencrypted lib file. The model was developed for PSPICE, so it's not a certainty that it will run with every SPICE simulator. You can find the free version of PSPICE-FOR-TI here https://www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI
