TPS82130: Is oxidation confirmed

Hello tech support,

There is a slight discoloration in the soldering area which may appear oxidized,but the date code of product is 2210 and the MBB is perfect.

Could you help to check picture of this device?

Is it possible that the normal color of this material is like this?

Hi Peter,

I have checked with our PE.

It is normal to appear a little oxidized in the soldering area which doesn't affect use as long as you are in accordance with MSL storage standards.
