TPS65994AE: Suitable for ADL-N platform?

The main reason why I asked whether the TPS65994AE is the correct part to use with ADL-N platforms is because the secure resource request was denied, so I was wondering if this is because some other part should be used instead.

Is there any way to escalate this request? We are basically done with the hardware design and really need to get access to the software in order to be able to finish and ship the product. We haven't had any requests denied previously so I'm wondering why this would be the case now.

I already resubmitted the request 3 weeks ago but haven't received an answer so far. Is there a way to contact someone within TI directly about this?

The second request I made is still active, so clicking on the "Request now" link only shows an "access pending" page.

I'm not 100% sure, but if I remember correctly, when I made this second request it didn't let me enter any additional information about the project like the first time around. I can provide more details but would need to know what is needed and how I can provide it at this point.

That is probably the issue. Ok we can reject it and let you re-submit. Try again and please provide information similar to first-round.
