Hi,

I'm looking to simulate this device in spice. I'm not able to find a model for it. There's nothing in the TINA standard library. The Webench designer has a model, but does not have simulation enabled for this part. My application is 5Vin 1Vout 10Aout single output. Also, is there a difference between interleaved and single output dual phase?

Hi Jason,

Two phase single output is effectively interleaved.

In terms of the PSPICE model, I see there is an encrypted version available here: https://www.ti.com/product/LM5143#design-development. I recommned contacting an FAE if you need an unencrypted version, as it's not something that's

As an aside here, you may not need a 2-phase 65V controller for a 5V to 1V/10A application. We have converters (with integrated FETs) that provide an easier, more cost effective solution.

Thanks Tim. I agree with other integrated solutions. It's more of a trade study of AEC-Q parts to see if they'll pass our radiation test profile.

What's the process for getting in touch with an FAE? Do I simply reach out to my local sales office?

I doubt any of our simulation models will accurately model the radiated profile. Better to test the actual part / EVM.
