Hello, I am working as safety hardware engineer for Magna Powertrain.
In our project we use LM76202QPWPRQ1 integrated circuit and we would like to have some more information about the failure effects of some causes.
Could you please provide us any safety related document for this IC (FMA, FMEA/ FMEDA, failure effects etc)?
What is most important for us is the potential failure effects like the image below from another IC of TI.
