1. Is it necessary not to place RG?

2. Does the anti-reverse circuit in the red box not need to be connected, and there is an anti-reverse connection module inside the chip?

3. If the load is inductive load such as motor, there is regenerative braking, and the current may flow back to the power supply, is it not applicable?

    Hi Songhao,

    1. You can add a gate resistor Rg.

    2. I think you missed to share the red box diagram with me.

    3. If you want the current to flow back to dissipate regenerative braking energy, this might not be a correct device as it will block flow of any reverse current. In that case, please consider LM74500-Q1.
