PTH0506WAH information

Can you provide details of the printed wiring board on the plug-in power module PTH05060WAH. Can you provide the layer stack (number of Cu layers) and the thickness. As well the dimensional drawing of the part does not specify the length of the lead shoulder. I am looking into the low cycle thermal fatigue of this module for a possible environment with numerous thermal cycles. Therefor if you have thermal expansion information, it would be useful.

Thank You

Frank

  • PTH05060WAH PCB construction is:

PCB  Number of layer is 4  with 1 ounce copper plating. The PCB thickness is 0.045 " or 1.14mm.

The pin shoulder  length is 0.065(1,65mm). The pin width is 0.070 ( 1,78mm) .

The absolute maximum temperature range is -40°C to +85°C ( See Thermal derating data for high temperature limit versus output current) .
