CSD25501F3: Low Idss MOSFET to use together with TLP5110

Tool/software:

We are designing a new battery powered circuit using TIs TPL5110. I need to find a MOSFET for the design and to determine the leakage current Idss for battery lifetime estimations.

We will be operating at 3V and up to 85ºC.

We have looked at CSD25501F3. The datasheet specifies:

IDSS Drain-to-source leakage current VGS = 0 V, VDS = –16 V –50 nA

I can see from below article that the leakage can increase a lot with temperature, but it will also be reduced with voltage:

Can you provide me with graphs for this device for Idss vs temperature and voltage.

Could you also advice me if there are other alternative MOSFETs with a low Idss that could be used for this application.
