CSD17484F4: Idss leakage versus Temperature

Looking for additional data on expected Idss zero-gate leakage for this device, similar to what was shared in this post:

Spec is 100nA @ 25°C and Vds=24V.

I'm interested in <value> @ 85°C and Vds=2.5V but will try to extrapolate from whatever characterization data you have.

Hello Brian,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. I checked the characterization data collected during product development and we have IDSS data over temperature at VDS = 3V. I can provide a normalized (at 25°C) plot over temperature along with min/max/avg values at 25°C via private message. I'll update you when I have the plot and data ready to send.
