CSD13385F5: Idss vs temperature

The datasheet of this device does not provide any info about Idss at high temperatures. Is there data available that specifies Idss at 40C or 70C? With a couple of more data points we can do a fit check.

Hi Narek,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The table below shows the typical IDSS for a small sample size over temperature. We cannot guarantee these numbers as we only test to max limit of IDSS < 50nA @ VDS = 9.6V & 25C during production.

Hi John,

Thanks for the info. I have a follow up question. Does Idss dependent on Vds? My Vds will be around 3.3V. Should I expect a lower Idss or not really?

Hi Narek,
Based on what I have read, there is only a slight change in IDSS vs. VDS. Unfortunately, this is not something that we test or characterize with our FETs.
